Green Business Boot Camp: Cohort Application

Green Business Boot Camp is an award-winning program that offers a comprehensive seven-week workshop series for locally-owned and operated independent businesses and nonprofits in Arizona. Businesses do not have to be Local First Arizona members to participate in the boot camp. However, Local First Arizona members receive a 20% registration discount. 

Verde Valley Boot Camp (In-person)

The Verde Valley Green Business Boot Camp is offered completely FREE OF CHARGE to businesses located within the Verde Valley (Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, Cornville, Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, Rimrock, Lake Montezuma and McGuireville.)

 

Statewide Boot Camp (Virtual)

We are working to support businesses and nonprofits to participate in Green Business Boot Camp with rates based on the number of employees, facility size, and the number of locations, in addition to discount opportunities and fees. These prices reflect the high-quality content, individualized support, and significant benefits you will receive through the program. Payment will be due after we have accepted your application and before the start of your cohort.

Flagstaff

The Flagstaff Green Business Boot Camp is offered at a reduced rate of $100 per business. Businesses do not have to be Local First Arizona members to participate in the boot camp. 

 

Eligibility for Participation in the Flagstaff Green Business Boot Camp:

 

  • Business qualifies as an Arizona owned and operated business (per Local First Arizona’s qualifications)
  • Business has between 1 and 150 employees
  • There is a current City of Flagstaff water account showing water and trash service to the physical location of the business
  • Business has an active business license and transaction privilege tax license
  • Business has been open for a minimum of one year in the current location within the Flagstaff City Limits

 

 

Green Business

Certified Businesses and nonprofits that have completed or are going through the Arizona Green Business Certification Program or the Southern Arizona Green Business Leaders Program receive a 20% discount.

 

Nonprofits 

Local nonprofits receive a 10% discount.

 

There are a limited number of scholarships available for Green Business Boot Camp.
